1. Orders and sales contract

Any order placed in our store constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros, tax included (VAT included). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when you confirm your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Any reasonable delay in product delivery shall not give rise to damages or order cancellation.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products sold in our store benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable consumer and civil law.

6. Liability

We cannot be held liable for inconveniences or damages inherent to Internet use, including service interruption, external intrusion, or computer viruses.

7. Governing law
